Newton
Country Players presents musical theater dance classes, taught by Laura
Espy and Julia Fiske. Come learn a different Broadway style each week! Brush up on skills, prepare
for an audition, or just have fun!
Classes
will be held Thursdays starting March 7 from 7:30-9 p.m. at Trinity Parish Church, 11 Homer Street, Newton Centre (near the Newton Centre T stop.) Classes are $15 each.
This is an open level class and will include a short warm-up.

March 14: Rock/Pop choreography (such as American Idiot, Legally Blonde) with Laura Espy
March 21: World Dance choreography (such as Lion King, Bombay Dreams) with Julia Fiske
March 28: Fosse choreography (such as Sweet Charity, Chicago) with Laura Espy
April 4: Jerry Mitchell choreography (such as Catch Me if you Can, Hairspray) with Julia Fiske
April 11: Latin Style choreography (such as Evita, Kiss of the Spiderwoman) with Laura Espy
April 18: Introduction to Tap with Julia Fiske
April 25: Susan Stroman choreography (such as The Producers, Crazy for You) with Laura Espy
May 2: 70s style - (such as The Wiz, Xanadu) with Laura Espy
May 9: More Jerry Mitchell choreography (such as Hairspray, Legally Blonde) with Julia Fiske
May 16: Broadway-style swing with Julia Fiske
May 23: More Fosse choreography (such as Sweet Charity, Damn Yankees) with Laura Espy
